How many pets may I have?
You may have a total of 2 pets. 1 dog and 1 cat, 2 cats, or 1 of either.
What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
Dogs and cats under 55 pounds. Exotic animals are not permitted.
Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
There is a $250 refundable pet deposit, a non-refundable $150 pet fee, and a $20 monthly pet rent.
Are there any pet restrictions?
Yes, there are breed and weight restrictions on pets. Animal photo and vet records are also required. Breed restrictions include but not limited to American Pit Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Akita, Presacanarios, Wolf hybrids and any mixture of these breeds.
