Dear Mr. Holtzman,
I made your acquaintance several months back while you were visiting in Louisville. You may recall me as one of the longest continuous residents at The 800. We had a fruitful exchange about the building and the.possibilities that were ahead.
I wanted to take the time and let you know how impressed I have been with the improvements in the operations under Karen Lewis and her management team. Karen has been a thoughtful, empathetic manager and her team is courteous and attentive to the needs and concerns of 800 residents. I also see great improvement in the overall maintenance and appearance of The 800, and I credit this to tireless efforts of Karen and her crew. When I was growing up, my family was in the residential rental business in southeastern Iowa, albeit on a much smaller scale. I know this is often a thankless, frustrating job so I wanted you to know that the improvements have not gone unnoticed.
On November 1, I will have lived at The 800 for eleven years. This is HOME for me, and it is a place that I love and am grateful to call home. I have been excited about the changes that were implemented three years ago and I am excited to see them finally taking their correct form. This grand building deserves nothing less.
Thank you for your time and attention, Mr. Holtzman, and I look forward to visiting with you again in the days to come.
Sincerely,
John Thurman Wiggins
