We require proof of income and complete a credit and background check.
What is acceptable proof of income to sign a lease?
Current paystubs or direct deposit information.
What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
You would not qualify to lease the apartment with that roommate.

Yes, but with penalty.
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Yes, with a month-to-month fee equal to the market rent on your apartment plus 20%.

6-12 months.
Do you accept leases for short terms?
Yes, 6-11 months.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
If they will be staying for more than 10 days they will need to be approved through management.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
