We require proof of income and complete a credit and background check.

Current paystubs or direct deposit information.
What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
You would not qualify to lease the apartment with that roommate.

Dogs and cats under 55 pounds. Exotic animals are not permitted.

You may have a total of 2 pets. 1 dog and 1 cat, 2 cats, or 1 of either.
Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
Pet Deposit: Refundable/Non-refundable - $250/$150
