Concierge and Maintenance

My roommate and I just moved here about two months ago, and we have been extroardinarily impressed with both Triston, the maintenance person, and Lisa, the head concierge. Triston is always very on top of work orders, is able to identify and fix problems with a snapf of the fingers, and is just delightful to chat with! And Lisa knows when I have a package before I do, she is always there to offer help and advice, and she immediately made us feel welcome in our new home. It is such a comfort to know we are in such good hands!
